What you need:
- A domain
- A VPS
- Knowledge of GNU/Linux (you can jewgle it anyway)
Domain
Namecheap is good enough. When you get one just go to DNS settings and put an A record that points to your server IP.
Get a VPS
Find a hosting provider of your choice, Racknerd, IncogNET or BuyVM/Frantech are pretty good, just make sure you're not paying more than 10 shekels a month. You don't need much.

How to server
SSH into your server with something like PuTTY or just do ssh root@[IP] on a terminal, if you dont know what you are doing look at https://landchad.net/ to know or something idfk

There are 2 imageboard softwares of your choice, JSchan or Vichan. Vichan is better because it just is and i only used that one
