What you need:

• A domain
• A VPS
• Knowledge of GNU/Linux (you can jewgle it anyway)

Domain

Namecheap is good enough. When you get one just go to DNS settings and put an A record that points to your server IP.

Get a VPS

Find a hosting provider of your choice, Racknerd, IncogNET or BuyVM/Frantech are pretty good, just make sure you're not paying more than 10 shekels a month. You don't need much.

How to server

SSH into your server with something like PuTTY or just do ssh root@[IP] on a terminal, if you dont know what you are doing look at https://landchad.net/ to know or something

Set up imageboard

There are 2 imageboard softwares of your choice, JSchan or Vichan. Vichan is better because it just is and sharty uses it or whatever

Deal with botspam

Don't bother manually deleting all the posts, just purge it all from mysql. phpMyAdmin is an easy way to do this.

Deal with CP

If an ESL FNF pedo posts 'p just ban and delete. Make sure to report it to NCMEC even though nothing ever happens.
