There's been a bit of a branch out from how everything was so super centralized around Kolyma.
Now everyone's, all the sites are basically being self-governed by the current administration within them.

But it, indefinite, indefinite suspension.
I think everything other than the spam DB is...

There's like maybe one or two staff, but none of them are on the moderation team.

I work for 13 hours a day. I come home.
I get to talk to everyone.

And then I get to go to sleep.

After like six hours of sleep.

I've made kind of an epiphany on the NAS and the no-NAS stuff and everything like that.
I don't want to smack everything with the bandhammer.
It really pisses people off.
Especially people that really like certain kinds of NAS.
But things have to change.
There has to be a way to manage this stuff without it flooding everywhere.
And you know, caddy wiping is pretty fun.
I enjoy a good caddy wipe every now and then.
Especially if it's a funny one.
But it can't be this total nonsense drama fest that it has been.
So I have a couple ideas on how to solve it.
And you guys are actually going to be able to control most of it.
Believe it or not.
I'm not going to spoil.
Some of the mods already know my ideas.
I don't think I told the jannies yet.
But just be aware that a solution is coming.
And as always, everything has to wait until I get the site figured out.
But we have, I think it's 11 developers now.
Previously we had two.
Two developers across the entire site.
We've grown the mod team and trained them pretty well.
I think the mods do a lot better job than they used to do.
And there's been security upgrades and improvements along the way as well.
So I'm hopeful that things turn out well.
And everyone continues to do their job.
If they don't, then you guys can appeal.
Or you can go to the queue thread.

And if it looks like a stupid reason to ban.

The first project I want to release tomorrow.
And I think I can do it.

So whenever something is tagged as NAS, but it's fine on the Boru that it gets hidden
and you can opt into it to where you're able to see NAS posts if you want to.
But it's going to be hidden for people who don't care or don't know about that feature, which is fine.
I think that's a fine thing to do.

Dolly, why do you work for so long?
So the problem is at the place that I work, whenever I get there on my shift, well, first I wake up at about 10 o'clock or so.
And then I get out the door at 11 and I have to drive about an hour to get to work.
Once I get to work, we're doing the last shift's final duties because they couldn't get them done fast enough.
And then maybe two hours after that, we start our shift and then we do our shift for however many hours.
And then the last two hours of that shift, we start because for whatever reason, our shift is a lot more efficient, has more people.
We do the next person's opening tasks for their shift because we work overnights.
So instead of it being a normal eight hour day, it goes that immediately my day starts out as 10 hours.
And then whatever else extra that we have to do during the day just adds, you know, two, three, four more hours.
So it's miserable. It's not fun to do, but I get paid pretty well to do it.
You know, I get decent coverage for all my issues that I have.
And I don't have many issues. I'm a pretty healthy guy, so that's probably why.

I think the board itself is fine as a battleground between all the different factions of Nass on the Party.
I think it's funny, personally, to see everybody just trying to fight to have their Nass be the one that everyone sees.
It is very spammy, though, and I hope that the next plan with the Nass update, I think I'm going to call it that, whenever the Nass update drops, I think QA will get sorted out very quickly.
But that's going to take some work, not just from me, but from the developers. New rule changes will be on the way as well. I forgot to announce that.
We're changing the rules. I'm going to remove a lot of them because they no longer apply. I'm going to clarify a lot of them as well.
I'm going to use the wiki as sort of an FAQ on what's permitted and what isn't. I think it will be a lot better than it is right now. I'm hopeful.
Will this stream be automatically archived? Yes. YouTube will archive it. I don't know if it's going to mute the beginning or if it's going to mute the entire stream.
So I would advise, if you guys were actually archiving it on your own separately, that you continue to do so. I can't be fucked to play non-copyright music. I don't care.
