On June 15, 2023, a post was created suggesting that there were obfuscated/hidden links to child pornography embedded into Babyjaks/cacas, which could be uncovered through image manipulation. The post, however, was a fake and the image would lead to an image from kereste.moe of the Trollface.[1] This post however did make some paranoid of Babyjaks, and there were unconfirmed incidents of people using Babyjaks to embed 'p as a result of this post.

On July 8th, a user from Kereste.moe tried pulling this stunt off again with many Babyjaks, editing them to have links to pictures of young girls.[2]

Goongate

Goongate refers to the discovery of a tranny pedophile ring led by Giggly Goonclown involving F1NN5TER, Chris Tyson, Mr. Beast, Jean Hollywood, and Shadbase. It is widely considered the Sharty's worst uncovering to this date, and still effects the people it implicated to this day.

The Third Soysurgency, A.K.A. Mousegate and originally known as the Third Soysurgency, was a mass spergout event primarily occuring on /soy/, which started on 18 October 2025. It began as a soyteen riot against the jannies, before evolving into a boogeyman hunt against bait that made soyteens leak (Terrible Mouse and HTSM). The truth of the matter is that one baitfag convinced many 'teens of the existence of a bait cabal, which did not exist.
