Alright man, ats got backed to me and said vpns are indeed allowed on the irc, so you should have no problems. Sorry for bugging you about the salt thing btw, its just that I was quite anxious about it because I thought he was ignoring me, but it looks like he is doing that to everyone for the time being. :/. Thats one of the reasons why I offered to be 'ki admin again. As of right now, I think Cobblestone or I would be the most fitted for that role. Hopefully though it's only until the end of the month. We need one sooner than later. It even looks like Soyoyuki is experincing the same problem with contacting him.
