Ban these pages from categorization?

Title. @Cobblestone@Fenriris if a userpage is raped and this cat is added, I can have my bot list it in the blacklist to stop them from appearing in every single damn user category as they all get banned by Category handler Rickert ⚔ 04:33, 11 October 2026 (UTC)

I already banned User:Gradingcaust who has now zero cats, any leftovers are due to templates I haven't tinkered yet Rickert ⚔ 04:34, 11 October 2026 (UTC)
