Soot and Kuz revision histories

What if instead of showing "access denied" for the page, it redirected to a PSA of some kind, ie "The Soyjak Party, its staff, affiliated sites and community, does not endorse terrorism, mass murders, shootings and other violent acts. Any insinuation otherwise is either fabricated or a joke" ? This could keep the glowies at bay and make our reputation a bit more palatable, thoughts?

Why I think this might be good:

• I believe all of us here DO agree with the proposed PSA. Very few of us actually want to enact muh heccin TND! (and it would kill cobblestone :( we love our cutie fat brown pooner :3 ).
• Nusois or outsiders CAN and WILL look that page up, and "Access denied" is too vague of an explanation. They might think : "do they enforce it? tolerate it? hate it? " This steers wholesome pipo of the latinx, blaque, polix and womxn^{[us 'teens can be womxn too!]} variety from culturally enriching the 'sphere. which is le bad ^{[fact checked by science]}.
• Showing, and having a clear stance on said acts, and proudly/boldly exclaiming it, is actually a good thing (methinks)
• there's a difference between TND memes (and jokes, like idk saying kill niggers rape all niggers) and shooting up people. I doubt even 1% of the people who make such jokes actually take it seriously. So I'm NOT advocating for any kind of censorship regarding that.
• I also believe something similar should be done concerning 'P spammers, and their associated failtrollmonkeys, since it DOES happen (or at least did happen a few years ago) for them to falseflag as us. IE, "no, we don't send 'P to our raid targets. " (the majority of the foids on the 'fe think their frequent 'p spam is from us (i think))

Yes, but it's not used, and not known, but this could be what I have a vision for. I'm talking about making something like what the wikipedos got on their site. Let's talk about the cacacaust. When it happened, there was barely any justification, caused so much seethe, and overall disrupted the site for a while. What if, instead of doing that, Quote herself (or another admin) wrote a little essay about said rules and its reasoning? Less seethe would have been caused since people, instead of just shitting everywhere, would have read the essay, and understood why the decision was made. Case insensitivity

Would it be possible to make links, urls, templates, and pretty much everything case insensitive? there will never EVER be two things with the exact same name except one is called "Cobson" and the other is called "cobson". This could save editors a lot of time so that they don't have to figure out the case of anything they link to
