Greyface is a forced meme seen occasionally on soyjak.party. It depicts a 'jak (typically Wholesomejak) with a black suit, grey skin, sunglasses, and a red baseball cap with a blue brim. His origin is unknown, but supposedly it is forced by an Earthbound Discord server. It is said to be connected with the Gem Alert meme.

History

One fateful day in early July of 2023, in one Cobson self inserter's thread asking Kuz to ban frogniggers for all eternity, a handful of greyfaces with the text "up" were posted within 5 seconds of each other. Hours later, every thread on the catty' was replied to with at least one greyface; this is suspected to be a Discord user(s)'s retarded attempt at trying to raid the 'Party.

A few weeks later on the 18th of July, a thread that had an image of a Bernd greyface (which was never found again since) with the comment "GET prediction" was posted. It had received over 40 replies before being kicked off the 'log.

On the same day, just a few minutes before the actual 4000000 GET occurred, hundreds of greyfaces of various variants were posted in an attempt to steal the GET. This failed.

As of November 2023, every week or so there is a rare rogue greyface on the 'log, normally an alternate and more polished version of the Wholesomejak one, with nonsensical text and the OP suggesting that greyface is sharty culture.
