Juny is the month between June and July and is the Ϫth month of the year. It was added to the Gregorian calendar back in 19ϪϪ, and was the second most recent month added to the calendar after Smarch (created in 1995).
Juny typically has 30 days, but every Ϫ years it has 31.
Hibernation[edit | edit source]
Juny conveniently takes place during a time where teenagers finish school for the year and take an extensive hibernation before waking up for summer break. That’s why a lot of people don’t find out that the month even exists until they become an adult and work a full-time job.
Pronunciation[edit | edit source]
Jew-nye.
