Rules
General Rules (G)
G1. Do not post, discuss in graphic detail, upload, request, or link to anything that is illegal in the United States. If you do, you may be reported to law enforcement. [a]
G2. Do not add NSFW material[b] unless absolutely necessary. If possible, such material should be censored. Soyjak Wiki staff reserve the right to delete any NSFW material. Obscene NSFW, that is "shock" content, is a bannable offense.
G3. (a) Vandalism is not permitted. (b) Do not delete, blank or replace the content of a page.[c] (c) Spambots are prohibited. Displaying the behavior of vandalism consistently is grounds for a harsh ban.
G4. Advertising is not permitted.
G5. Main namespace pages should be at the very least tangentially related to soyjaks or soy culture.[d]
G6. (a) Excessive edit warring is forbidden. (b) Editors who are the subject of a wiki article or section may not edit war on, or contest anything on, the page about them.
G7. If you're identified as a member of a disruptive community, you'll be banned.
G8. You WILL NOT promote or advocate for pedophilia.
G9. You WILL NOT use this website if you are under the age of 18.
Notes
- ↑ Graphic real world and fictional depictions of death, violence, torture, and gore involving minors fall under this category and is prohibited from being posted or linked to.

- ↑ If you want to delete a page, add
{{delete}}at the top of the page and leave the rest of the content intact. - ↑ See also: Soyjak Wiki:Rules/IAS
Usernames and Alternate Accounts/Meta (M)
M1. Do not use alternate accounts (sockpuppets) to break any of the other rules listed.
M2. Do not create or use alt accounts to circumvent a ban. Doing so will result in a permanent ban, so wait or appeal your current ban.
M3. Do not impersonate soyjak.party staff.
M4. Do not create an account with an inappropriate username, such as a username that promotes pedophilia. Otherwise, usernames that are considered offensive to normies but not to soyteens are acceptable.
Template Spam
You WILL NOT spam templates.
There is now a strict limit on certain header templates, that can be added to the top of the page.
Limits:
- Up to 2 boxed templates without a template wrapper
- Up to 4 boxed templates with a template wrapper.
- Up to 3 boxless templates without a template wrapper
- Up to 7 boxless templates with a template wrapper.
Only 1 of each of these types of templates are permissible at the header:
- Page quality templates (e.g. "This page is...")
- Topic quality templates (e.g ."Cobson is...")
- "Connections" style templates (e.g. "This page has connections to...")
- Similarly, using two templates with a similar usecase is generally discouraged.
- Sections have equal limits, but they'll be counted separately from templates at the top of the page.
- Text styling templates such as {{Brimtext}} must also not be spammed. Use them sparingly.
Failure to adhere to this will be considered minor vandalism. However, this isn't a bannable offense, unless repeated to an egregious degree.
Soy Culture
Soy culture is defined as: A subject (person, place, meme or event) on the Sharty, on the 'ru, on the 'ki, or on the original /qa/, that has gained genuine and organic recognition, among the general population of soyteens, at any point in time, historically or currently; Recognition excludes the extent to which the subject has been forced, unless it catches on.
Examples include, but are not limited to: Soyjaks, Raids, raid targets, Sharty boards, both /qa/ boards, pages about soy-related splinters.
WP:NOTHERE
Although the 'ki is less rulecucked than other encyclopedias, we do expect editors to have an elementary understanding of wikis, and decent motives. Unfortunately, some editors don't care about improving the wiki in any way. Editors who spam incomprehensible slop will be banned, for being clearly not here to build an encyclopedia. This falls under Rule 5 as a severe violation, and therefore a bannable offense.
Ban appeals
If you would like to appeal a ban, simply put a message on your own talk page or send an email stating why your ban should be lifted.
Deleting Your Account
Accounts can never be fully deleted, like on Wikipedia. Accounts can have their names suppressed from revision histories, but this is still reversible and damaging to logs, so the practice of suppressing users upon request has been discontinued. You may ask a bureaucrat to scramble your password to make it impossible for you to log back in instead.
