Notes are an advanced data-collection feature that gives jannies an ability to write and keep non-public notes about specific IPs. Sometimes jannies reveal user notes on demand in threads, but beware of fake notes as anyone can make them up using inspect element and post screenshots pretending that those are legit notes.
