RTL is suspended untill June.

RTL, short for Rate The Log, is a ongoing series of polls asking users to rate /soy/'s quality of posts on the catalog every single day. It started on December 24, 2025,^[1] and was started by the Soyjak Wiki mediator Math and is currently being run by Turrican.

An average of 25 people vote each poll.

How it works[edit | edit source]

People are given 1 hour to vote on RTL. Once the voting period ends, the votes are averaged to get a number between 0 and 10.

History[edit | edit source]

RTL started after Math asked a bunch of 'teens on /soy/ during the Fourth Soysurgency if there should be an archive for the quality of the log. 'Teens supported the idea, and Math launched the first RTL poll right after.

On March 23, 2026, Math departed the soysphere and left the duty of carrying out the daily RTL's to MarketPliers.^[2]

On April 15, 2026, MarketPliers handed over the RTL to Turrican.

On May 8, 2026 it was announced that the RTLs will be suspended until sometime in June.
