Used to label the subject(s) as disturbing criminals.

Template parameters

Plural (criminal)	plural	If set, changes the title phrase 'a disturbing criminal' to 'FULL of disturbing criminals'.	Boolean	optional
Plural (title)	plural2	If set, overrides the sentence to become 'are all disturbing criminals'.	Boolean	optional
Main text	content	Custom replacement to replace the main label.	String	optional
Secondary text	content2	Override the default warning under the main text.	String	optional
