- 200g pasta
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil leaves
- Grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Boil water in a large pot and cook the pasta according to package instructions.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in tomato sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Drain pasta and combine with the sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with fresh basil and grated Parmesan.
- Serve hot.

- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Lemon slices for garnish

- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place salmon fillets skin-side down on the sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, dill, and parsley.

- Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with lemon slices and serve.
