Wiki administrator
The wiki administrator is the individual who is (mostly) in charge of this very wiki. The current wiki admin is Fenriris. No wiki admin has been an admin of the main site since Root, though Cobblestone was an admin of Soybooru, and main site admins do have administrative privileges on the 'ki. The wiki admin is subordinate to the owner, and (to a lesser extent) the other main site admins.
Powers and duties[edit | edit source]
The wiki admin is in charge of all 'ki staff. They create most of the rules, and have the jannies enforce them. The wiki admin is capable of introducing large, sweeping changes to the wiki, like Cobblestone did with the SNCA namespace and the Gradingcaust. Despite being subordinate to the owner, the wiki admin is generally allowed to run the 'ki as they please.
Limitations[edit | edit source]
The wiki admin's authority is not all-encompassing. Admins of the main site can create wiki policies, such as Limeade's policy against documenting any splinters. The wiki admin also cannot perform low-level backend operations on the MediaWiki software such as installing extensions.[1] The reason for this is that only the owner has access to the actual server the wiki is hosted on, and the wiki admin's power only extends to what can be done from MediaWiki's web interface.

The first wiki admin was Soot, who was the creator of both soyjak.party and the 'ki. Angeleno purchased the 'ki from Soot separately from kuz's purchase of the main site, but the two sites were tied back together when 'leno became a Sharty admin and later developer. 'Leno then gave adminship of the 'ki to Root, who was the Manager at the time. Subsequent admins (Tefal, SprokemowerMan, Cobblestone, and Fenriris) were each 'ki jannies under their predecessor who were chosen to take up the mantle of admin.
