Yegi, also known as Yeji (예지) (born May 26th, 2000) is a South Korean rapper and singer under JYP Entertainment.
Glass Bottle Incident
On February 14, 2021, it was reported that Yegi was assaulted and raped by an Armenian man named Sato, during which a glass bottle was shoved in her vagina and stepped on[1]. Despite extensive damage to her vagina, she is currently engaged with her rapist and is set to marry in June[2]. This has caused massive outrage among her fanbase, with some questioning the existence of Sato[3] Unfortunately, the incident was fake because the poster's schizophrenia made him mistake a random asian celebrity for Yegi.
YejiBugs/YejiBros
YejiBugs are Yeji's core fanbase. They hang out in Yeji Generals on QA. They refer to each other as 'brothers' and display a hive mind mentality in their decision to often say 'we' instead of 'I' when talking of themselves.
