Yegi, also known as Yeji (예지) (born May 26, 2000) is a South Korean rapper and singer under JYP Entertainment.
Glass Bottle Incident[edit | edit source]
On February 14, 2021, it was reported that Yegi was assaulted and raped by an Armenian man named Sato, during which a glass bottle was shoved in her vagina and stepped on[1]. Despite extensive damage to her vagina, she is currently engaged with her rapist and is set to marry in June[2]. This has caused massive outrage among her fanbase, with some questioning the existence of Sato[3] Unfortunately, the incident was fake because the poster's schizophrenia made him mistake a random asian celebrity for Yegi.
