4chan is a hacker who hacked celeb nude pics. He may have been just a system administrator who knew his way around and how to hack. 4chan would get hacked himself by Soyjak Party, another hacker, in 2025.

Possible Motivations

• Revenge Porn
• Bragging rights
• Doing an epic troll
• Becoming famous (even doe no one knows who he is)
• Hatred for female celebrities

Impact

A lot of celebrities seethed about the hack. Redditors gooned, jannies had to do their jobs, and the feds got mad cus they had to find who done it instead of grooming mass shooters as usual(on skype doe, cause cord didn't exist yet.)

It also brought the public attention to internet blackmailling and was one of if not the first time 4chan got popular notoriety and was mentioned by mainstream media. This helped cement the normie opinion that 4cuck was le mysterious illegal website full of super hackuuurs.
