In soylitical soylosophy, the Mandate of ‘lent is used to determine who is a legitimate Admin of the Party. It is based on a traceable genealogy of deliberate transfers of power, starting from Soot. To date, the Admins which do not have the Mandate of ‘lent are site hijackers: Captain Coal and Captain Cob.
The Mandate of ‘lent is especially useful in arguments regarding the true identity of Admin 6. However, due to many questions as to the various identities of Admins, whether Lolkek should be counted as one, or whether Kaguya was one (as leaks reveal he shared an inactive Admin account alongside Kuz and Anton Maximov), several arguments can be made.
