They were founded with good intentions in 1898 as a group officially authorized by Congress in order to aid in the Spanish American war.
They stayed true to their intentions until 1948 when they sold out to the CIA and have done no good ever since.
Public perception[edit | edit source]
Their public image is mostly upheld by their ringleader and head honcho Fred Durst.
