Shroom Amethyst also known as "Shroom+" was an extension for soyjakforum.net (now soyjak.forum) built off of the former Schlog+ released on Jun 29, 2025 that added various useful and useless gimmicks that would later be implemented officially to the site by Shroot. When released it was self-admittedly "a little broken and mismanaged" to the point where the releases OP came with a call for users interested to join the development team dubbed "McTeam". Said team consisted of Marioman and Donald. Nothing came of this, as no subsequent updates were made and the project was largely forgotten about.

Schlog+

Schlog+ was a userscript/browser-extension developed in September 2024 with the goal of implementing QoL features to the site. As development progressed the former developer Soygoy - now best known for owning the 'voo - grew progressively more fed up with the then janny team deleting his attempts to reestablish the /anthro/ board from the 2024 Frootiversary event. This all resulting with himself pushing an update to the extension that early November which implented a react-spamming bot to disrupt the "reddit karma" culture at the time surrounding reacts.

Following the release he switched his name to "The Ruler of Everything" and used said bot on a few users and went onto the former "/anthro/ general" thread on /g/ (I think? Could've been /bp/ or /ta/.) to gloat about implementing an IP grabber into the extension. cargo reported this on the Shlog which accordingly got Soygoy banned, not before Froot leaked the IP to the account "Soygoy", which was created by cargo following his name change to shitpost on.

Froot swiftly deleted cargo (then KingofTheRing)'s IP and Steve deleted the thread after this came to his attention, and that was that mostly. Following this "McTeam" (Marioman/Ronald - now known as Chris or ★★★★★★) checked the code and found no IP grabber asides from a single line of code that called back to Soygoy's personal site. Thus, they copied the codebase and made a new extension from it called "Schlog++". This clone was later modified to work with the Shroom, leading to Shroom Amethyst. Following all this (and a few months of Sharty shit-flinging later) Soygoy and another Shlog furfag named "Lytsyaya" founded anthro.foo before Soygoy splintered off and made averi.foo.
