Furries, also called furfags, are a fetish and subculture that many autistic young people online have tragically fallen victim to, most likely as a result from grooming at a young age and bad parenting. They share a common sexual attraction to and love for anthropomorphic animals (and most likely non-anthropomorphic ones as well) whether it be from video games, anime/cartoons or REAL LIFE.

Furries are terminally online, with many congregating on Discoal (run by furries), Reddit (moderated by tranny furries) and Twitter. Many others congregate on special dedicated fetish websites such as FurAffinity, inkbunny and e621. Commonplace in the community is grooming minors and developing 'fursonas' and 'ocs for erp purposes', such as Cobson's fursona Cubson (he/xe/it) and Feraljak's trans wolfy xueen (she/they).

Furries are extremely autistic and are willing to blow thousands of dollars to have a 14 year-old on DeviantArt draw their obese dragon oc named "pudding" farting in a pool. The Furry community is filled with pay pigs who are willing to invest seemingly endless amounts of money into their fetish/hobby. The furry community has developed its own massive economy, with furries often doing commissions for each other, whether these be drawing their character(s), spending thousands on a 'fursuit' of their fursona, or making a custom plushie for them.

As furries are overwhelmingly gay (more than 89.9%, 2020), trannies or femboys, and the large majority are sexual perverts, this has gained them an awful reputation online. Due to the reputation of the 'fandom being overwhelmingly gay and autistic, the majority of furries weren't even attracted to the furry aesthetics in the first place, they just sneaked their way into the community in desperate attempts to find someone as retarded and gay as them.

The furry fandom consists primarily from lonely degenerate balding IT guys in their late 20's and 30's seeking escapism from their miserable lives and hopefully finding new grooming victims on der 'cord. There's a common myth on the internet, especially on places like TikTok and Instagram, that furfags are actually all geniuses who make multitudes more money than the average chudcel. Snopes itself has confirmed this is not true and is suspected to be a subversive attempt to justify the patterns of grooming and sexual perversion within the fandom.

Furfag flood

During The Soot era, Furry content was prohibited by the existing rules. This all changed when Kuz and Kolyma took control. The moderation was more and more easy on NAS, and during late 2022 the first furry general was created on /qa/. In the following months things began to get even worse, as furries tried to catty wipe /soy/, in order to force Kuz to add /fur/. Despite this furries were still allowed to thrive in /qa/, with their threads reaching as much as 1000 replies.

During The Third Soyvil War, when degeneration was at its peak on the Party(see /fap/), people began to target furry generals, spamming them with 'cado and Cobsons(see Dave), alonside trying to catty wipe /qa/ as much as possible. In the end, jannies sided with the anti furries, banishing them to /nate/ for the following 3 months. After a while furries returned to /qa/,but with less influence. As of April 2025 they are no longer allowed on /qa/. GEEEEEEEG! Furries were unbanned from all boards following The Great Cuckset for some unknown reason. On the 25th of July they were banned from /soy/, giving a permanent ban to whoever posts "furshit".

Involvment in the Great Purge

During Froot's 50 Board Plan, much to the surprise of many Daves, a /fur/ board was added. It quickly became flooded with porn and other niggerstones, along with people that wanted to troll the furfags. Around after 1-2 days of brim, Froot decided to pull a h*ckin trollerino like muh oldfag m00tykins and ban everyone who posted on that board, including non furries. More about this in the Great Purge article.

Yiff

Yiff is the sound foxes make when they molest each other, and was originally used as part of the "Foxese" language made by some fox furfags in the 90's and which allegedly had no sexual connotation at the time.

It means many things, like

1. Anthropomorfuck animals having sex
2. Real people in animal suits having sex
3. Sexting, they call it ERPing
4. Masturbation (to, you guessed it)
5. Most horrifyingly zoophilia/zoosadist porn

Furries will also tell others to "spam yiff", if that ever happens, deal with it the same way you would for 'p spam.

The reason why this term even exists in the first place, is because 96% of furries have engaged in watching furry pornography at some point, with 50% them agreeing that sexual play is a major part of their online persona.

Cub

Cub is a catch-all term for prepubescent (under the age of 13) furry characters, but almost always refers to pornography featuring underage (or underage in terms of appearance)^{[this still makes it illegal in the US btw]} furry characters, it falls under the same category of pedophilic artwork as loli and shota.

Proving that a furry character is in fact under the age of 18 is significantly more difficult due to the nature of the artwork, as a result the legal ramifications of drawing or distributing this form of CSAM are often non-existent, and many of the worst offenders go on to not be prosecuted due to lack of evidence and/or legal praxis.

NOTE: You should still try and deploy glowNVKEs on these "people" as if they end up being charged it may lead to more successful arrests in the future.
