Is there a deletion policy for landfill pages

Some stuff in here might be salvageable by anyone but others would require specific people's knowledge (or attention, for landfilled SNCA) to fix into a mainspace-viable article. For instance the Femkyle page depended on files that were uploaded by a permanished account that I doubt anyone saved, and the topic is SOUOTDNBSIQCA (Shit Only Users Of The Dead Nigger Baby Splinter In Question Care About) which means that bringing the necessary images back, or turning the page into something worthy of the mainspace is highly unlikely.
