Standardize to nocat

We should really switch all templates over to using the nocat system for suppressing categories, I see no real reason to have an editor be able to place whatever category they want inside a template, as they could just be added to the bottom of the page.

I.e. instead of doing {{{cat|[[Category:Reddit]]}}} we'll only do this {{#if:{{{nocat|}}}||[[Category:Reddit]]}} 〜 MarketPliers (leak here) 15:06, 12 April 2026 (UTC)
