Soymy is the generic name given on the Zarty and the Shemmy to a crude drawing of Mymy from Ongezellig.

Origins

Soymy was a drawing of Agugu posted on a Shemmy art request thread. Users edited out the pacifier originally in her mouth and made various new versions of it. Eventually, the other Ongezellig sisters got redrawn in this style, emulating the table scene. That picture eventually got posted on the zarty, creating the first Soymy thread, which gathered numerous replies and as much infamy and notoriety as Agugu herself.

Usage

The general purpose of Soymy is practically the same as the one of a Pepe or a soyjak: An easily editable but recognizable image that can be redrawn and retrofitted for any context, as a result, you can make a soymy that represents absolutely anything. It serves to give the zarty a new mascot that is slightly less brimmy than Agugu.

Presence on the Sharty

Soymy has been posted frequently on /qa/ for their love of any NAS slop mascots. Outside of it, she has also been posted as bait weaponized by teens who are pro-zellig.
