The Great Soyplosion (December 29, 2024 - April 25, 2025) is a period of Soystory where PPH, users and OC have greatly increased compared to previous levels. This was right after the Great Soypression.

• The shutdown of many splinter sites (Jakparty.soy, Shemmy, The Frog Pond etc.) resulted in 'teens to centralize on the Sharty.
• Many new immigrants have came from mainstream sites like TikTok and Xitter and dying chans like 4chan.
• Sharty culture has became less niche and more mainstream (like when Fox News said trxthnuke)

Effects

The Great Soyplosion has caused many offsite shitty memes to be spammed on /soy/. NAS has increased to unprecedented levels. Luckily the NASsacre mostly put a stop to this. The Sharty including the wider Soysphere has had more and more blackouts mainly because of the newGODS flooding in.

Recently 4cuck was shutdown by Great Cuckset. With it happening the pph has raised to 1200 and 4cucks rapefuges flooding the entire site.
