Sharty culture is a loophole that allows you to post NAS without getting your post deleted (the same way that IAS can be used as a loophole for posting stuff that's mostly NAS, by putting a 'jak in it or stealthjakking), as long as the NAS in question is le hecking sharty culture (or you say it is at least). Many of these are holdovers from /qa/ culture before it got 'nished. One more thing, half of the shit on the list only became "sharty-related" post-"11/3", so it hardly counts as "/qa/ culture".
