Trusted is a status on various soysphere sites and can be obtained after sucking a janny's TWP or being a good user. Trusted users can bypass the Media Pending Approval process.

Boorum

A badge is automatically shown on your profile and skips the media pending approval process.

Soyjak Wiki

Trusted users no longer need a mediator to approve files or edits. However, unlike Boorum, it doesn't automatically show a trusted badge. You have to manually add a User Trusted template to your user page. (They always tend to do this btw)
