No problem. Now it's your turn; go to preferences -> Gadgets -> Twinkle. Enable it then hit Ctrl + R to refresh CSS. You'll see a "wel" button show up at the top of your screen when you're viewing userpages. When you see a nusoi appear on the wiki, hit that button and welcome them. I don't see a Twinkle but I assume it's HotCat since if I enable that then I easily add, remove, and change categories on a page, with name suggestions. Also do we have a page where we can check nusois that joined or do I just do it when I spot one editing a page well? ---- Goatson (talk)

unfortunately i just checked and twinkle is broken for non-jannies. however you can do this {{subst:template:welcome}} ~~~~ or {{Welcomeback}} ~~~~ or {{Welcomebelated}} ~~~~. for new users you can go to Special:Log and check user creation log OR you can just see a new user in recent changes with a red talkpage.
