I didn't know that was forbidden. I thought I could put those links in now, since they don't redirect to a splinter, and then have them suppressed if and when the redirect location changed. Be very careful about what links you decide to put in article, a very common issue is pedos sniping domains as soon as they stop being renewed by the person that owns them, supression also takes time and absoluetly ruins the history so should not be relied upon. The rule you mentions also forbids participation as well as advertising disruptive communities. I still think this ban is bullshit because it's based on something that might happen in the future, but whatever.
