What was wrong with using templatestyles on Template:Countries?

All other templates only use templatestyles for doing media queries and animations, not for simple CSS. Secondly, I moved some template's CSS into templatestyles before and cobblestone reverted it if I recall correctly. North (talk) 07:06, 4 March 2026 (UTC)

That seems odd to me since templatestyles are quite useful, I hate having to copypaste all my changes throughout the template code. Also haven't had any complaints from doing it this way in {{Doxbox}}, so I assumed it was fine.
