Whistle is a song written for his album Wild Ones by American rapper Flo Rida while held at gunpoint by Jimbo in a dark alleyway at the suburbs of Atlanta, Georgia.

History[edit | edit source]

Whistle was recorded in 2011 Flo Rida during his visit to Atlanta when Jimbo tried mugging him at the streets during the dread of night. Jimbo quickly knocked Flo Rida's bodyguards unconscious with his brap attack and demanded diaper gemmies for his collection. Rida claimed that he didn't have any and instead offered to create a song in homage to Jimbo, which he agreed, afterwards Jimbo let the rapper compose the song and escape alive, however the record labels demanded several revisions to the song in order for it to be suitable for broader audiences, such as removing references to Oneshot 'p. Jimbo was then asked to perform at the music video but it was quickly taken down from the internet for being considered a viewing hazard.

The song

But really, the Jimbo whistle meme started on the SoyBooru after Mick uploaded an edit of Chudplier jimbo in reference to the Josh Hutcherson whistle meme, after this someone decided to make a proper edit of Jimbo with the song, more specifically the cover by Joel Merry who was also used on the Josh version. From then, it was referenced in various comment sections quoting the lyrics modified to be about Jimbo.
