skayjos site exists for the sole purpose of posting loli porn, posting soylita, discussing "MAP" rights, and posting pictures of actual children. I think that differs greatly from 8chan, which has pedophilic boards but doesn't make that the site focus, or the chinny, which simply allows pedophilic jokes.
