Boogie2988 otherwise known as Steven Jason Williams, is a YouTuber known for being a fat fuck or something.
History[edit | edit source]
Boogie was considered a well respected Youtuber in the early days of his career around the late 2000s and early 2010s. His primary gimmick was making skits playing a character called Francis, whose main trait was being an obese whiny manchild. He also shared blog videos talking about his struggles with being fat, trying to act kind and becoming the self-proclaimed "Mr. Rogers of Youtube". Eventually, Boogie's reputation took a nosedive and he became a lolcow after it was discovered that he was an unlikeable narcissist with self pity issues, a dark past at a porn site and scamming his fans such as when he lied about having cancer). Boogie would briefly be arrested after Frank Hassle showed up to his home uninvited, causing Boogie to get pissed and fire at the air with a gun to scare Frank away. Boogs was charged with aggravated assault and brought to jail where he payed bail.[1]
Boogie Soyjak[edit | edit source]
Due to being arguably a Soyboy, Boogie had a few Soyjaks made out of him, the oldest of which was uploaded to the /qa/ at the 16 of August 2021, where an image of his face full of cream was traced into a 'jak of him eating faeces.[2]

Boogie got a board made for him on soyjak.party on August 10, 2024. The board was eventually opened to the public on August 22, 2024 as a part of the 113 Board Plan. It was called /2988/ - Boogie discussion, and was the second lolcow themed board, the first being DSP's board. Boogie's board was inactive and usually derailed due to lack of interest from Soyteens, making dsp the winner here with on-topic posts. It was shut down eventually along with other Frootiniversary boards.
