This is similar to the theory that Quote is Froot and that Froot is Kuz, although this theory alleges that Soot has been site admin this whole time. Incidents like BLACKout Day and even Captain Coal's ownership of the site could have been orchestrated by Soot to simply fuck with 'teens.
