There has been agrements and disagreements over the creation of the namefag namespace and its accompanying guidelines. Because of this, do you support creating the Namefag namespace for articles on namefags that do not meet the notability requirements for the main namespace, subject to the proposed guidelines?

I've changed my mind. It doesn't really make sense to have a namespace for nophono namefags while most namefag pages are on the mainspace. It's better to just put them on namefag lists G-Man (talk) 20:46, 23 July 2026 (UTC)

Personally I don't really see it as necessary. The current system of notable namefags getting a page and non-notable namefags getting a list entry is fine. Perhaps the definition of a notable namefag could be expanded instead to allow less notable namefags their own pages 'kiGOD (talk) 20:28, 23 July 2026 (UTC)

my opinion: i want this namespace so i can write about snca namefags without it getting deleted, cause 1 line on a list isn't enough for me, as for low-quality articles, jannies just have to delete those and keep only the high quality articles or articles that can easily be polished to be high quality only Cobblestone (talk) 05:35, 24 July 2026 (UTC)

The entire premise behind this namespace is fundamentally flawed as it will just end up a dumping ground for low quality RNCA nametoilets that will be forgotten within a week. The rules behind it are completely unenforceable and the wiki does not need the 'ru's cancerous namefag culture. 〜 MarketPliers (talk) 00:16, 24 July 2026 (UTC)
