The Stop Talking Like Moffugging Sephiroth Act of 1968 Or Something was a bill sponsored and proposed by the Council of Irony Socialist Podcasters which would've prohibited the use of language that isn't a direct quote from a heckin' wholesome fictional chungus masterpiece or any form of African American Vernacular English slang. In essence, it would've outlawed any form of White eloquence in public discourse and informal settings. Background

In 1968, just shortly after passing the (((Civil Rights Act of 1968))), a small group of radio broadcasters calling themselves the Council of Irony Socialist Podcasters were left dissatisfied, and took to the Congress to propose the Stop Talking Like Moffugging Sephiroth Act of 1968 Or Something Act.
