[edit | edit source]the exact purpose of trooncase is unknown. it is likely meant to make the writer appear aloof and detached, so much that they Dont Even Care Enough to use proper punctuation. it may also be meant to convey that the writer is Definitely Not Mad that you said he isnt a woman, even if hes Absolutely Seething behind the screen. another reason could be that they type like this to appear more "feminine" (evendoe pooners also type in trooncase, but pooners never act masculine anyways so it's expected)
or maybe theres something inherently transphobic about uppercase letters that only troons know
