So outdated

With kolymas dissolution, kuzs 2nd adminship, aids diagnosis, etc, so much of this page is outdated. Theres even some soot era renmants left over. Should have a total makeover which focuses on kuzs relationship to the site

Soot's page is also outdated, the chronicle has generally not been updated past 2021. It's common that in the craft of writing, having structured the article around current events, updating it would require almost the same effort as re-writing it from scratch. It's often easier to just add a new updated section that doesn't connect to the others, the equivalent to sweeping the problem under the rug. It erodes the cohesion of the article and is all too common as a wiki page ages. Very few wiki editors signed up to re-write entire pages for free.
