My solution

@Fenriris @MarketPliers a janny just decided to get rid of supreme's page because of "non-notability", when he has the most downvoted post in booru history, and after talking with them the real reason was just that they don't think someone who is notable in a negative way should be documented, i really really disagree with this as it ruins the whole point of the wiki which is to document anything notable, and you know what i said before about not messing with people's freedom to edit the wiki if what they're doing isn't against the rules (jannies trying to control narratives), so i made this meta-template as a way to enforce notability rules and quality control, basically it's a meta-template that you substitute instead of transcluding and people should fill in all the fields, it expects 3 events, their references, and all the other info that a good namefag page would need, you can make the fields required via templatedata or change its layout a little/add more fields but this is the idea, thoughts? it wasn't deleted but it was redirected to the list of namefags where it had none of the details that needed to be written down, let me know what u think about this template tho Cobblestone (talk) 18:06, 24 July 2026 (UTC)
