It has been used many times to help dox multiple lolcows. It is preferred by some soyteens instead of using mainstream ip logger sites since most people usually don’t click grabify links anymore. A grab from the IP logger will generally look like this:

SurrealSec, also known as CobSec[it just is, ok?], is a group of soyteen hackers (possible cord?) that own and provide services (cob.soy, SoyBin) to fellow 'teens for the purpose of doxing, OSINT, and other SNCA. [1] Their main site also features a non-functional people search function that's 'coming soon'. According to the admin of the site, it is currently in limbo as of now.[2]
