Hunk’s Law is a soyical proverb stating that as a discussion on the Soysphere grows further, the probability of a mention, or comparison towards pedophilia or child pornography will almost certainly happen, no matter what the actual topic was originally intended to be about. It was coined by the renowned British historian Hubert T. Manchester around the 1920s.

Many theorize that random comparisons to pedophilia is mostly done as an attempt to get a user you don’t like into getting banned for Rule 10 (formerly Rule 2) which officially forbids the posting, promotion, or advocacy of pedophilia or pedophilic content, including pedophilic jokes and is by far the most strongly enforced rule across the Soysphere.

Ironically, when Hunky Twink Sex Machine first exploded as a subvariant, the first thing detractors did to try to get it banned was to use instances of people hunkyquoting posts that denounce pedophilia as justification to label the entire subvariant as pedophilic, and demanded that all HTSMposters be banned for being "pee doughs."^{[They just did, okay?]}

Dr. Mustard has published a radical but seemingly effective cure for Hunk's Law on the SoyBooru forum: banning all discussions of pedophilia, which means that genuine pedophilia is reported and not discussed, and everything else is silenced. The results of this in practice have been met with mixed reception.

Origin

Hunk's law itself is a variation of the Mutt's Law, which originated from 4cuck, primarily spreading on /pol/ and /int/, eventually also making it's way onto /qa/. This therefore makes Mutt's Law social sharty culture by extension.

Mutt's Law itself traces back to Godwin's Law (sometimes called Reductio Ad Hitlerum), which is a statement about libtards comparing anything they don't like to the heckin evil bigoted nazis. The statement itself is particular relevant to discussions surrounding President DQNQLD TRVMP. It was coined in 1990 by Mike Godwin.
