CIA or the Central Intelligence Agency is an American intelligence service based in Langley, Virginia, USA. It was founded in 1947 during the intensifying Cold War. The CIA and its staff members are widely featured in pop culture and memes. ███ was once an agent, too.
CIA agents are said to emanate a warm and friendly glow, so much so that they glow in the dark. This phenomenon was first described by Terry Davis, who noticed the strange green glow. This is what gives them the nickname “glowies” and “glowniggers”.
You may know some of the CIA's famous psychological operations, such as Operation 67, a CIA effort to wipe all traces of Thrembo from the internet, and obscure it's existence to the public. Despite what chuds say about the negative nature of this operation, the motive behind it was profoundly positive - done to protect the world's population from trannies, who intended to use thrembo to mathematically prove they could, in fact, become real women (even doe Gödel mathematically proved trannies really can't be women so marge). Through biological agents known as "schizo meds", the CIA has altered the brains of most of the world's population to remove all knowledge of thrembo, or Operation 67. Captain Coal, also called "Captain Nigger", is a tripfag on soyjak.party who hacked obtained access to Soot's server the default admin account on Vichan. He deleted every board except /soy/ and created /plier/, /CUNNY/ and /j/. He claims to be a Muslim, but this is a lie as he calls himself "God" and "Allah" (which is hecking haramerino). He frequently revealed the IPs of users and generally acted in unwholesome ways.

Operation Bleached Bowl was an incident where Colorjaks, the latest forced meme at the time who were being spammed on soyjak.party were allowed to stay posted despite violating the rules. These were just regular soyjaks paint-bucketed on with awful colors, regardless of aesthetics. Most posters believe colorjaks are coal. Colorjaks were created somewhere around June 10, 2021.
The mods were letting colorjakkers spam the board (pretending to be offline) while banning people who respond to the spam with scat, scatposters received unusually harsh 24 hour+ bans instantly despite color spammers flooding the entire board with spam killing most gems, mods then use CIA psychological tactics to rewrite history, such as spreading the debunked claim that there were separate scat threads (untrue, scat was only posted to spam threads)
