Walter Hartwell White also known as Heisenberg and Mr.White (By Jessie) or simply Walt (By everyone in the show) is the Main protagonist of Breaking Bad, he is a master minded with a high knowledge of chemistry, At First, he is presented as a timid teacher, but as the series goes on SPOILERS AHEAD ALERT IN CASE YOU HAVENT WATCH THIS SHOW THAT WAS MADE 16 YEARS AGO he ends up being a frustrated sociopath desperate for the money and improving his ego. He is portrayed by Bryan Cranston, Who was back then known for portraying Hal, The goofy looking dad from Malcolm in the middle.

The whole thing kicks off because he wants to leave his family "set for life" but really it's just him being a selfish little fuck, being controlled by his Ego who gets off on the power trip.
