Pooner Occupied Government is the debunked alt right conspiracy theory accurate observation of the fact that since mid-2025 or so, the culture of the soysphere has shifted towards the interests of Pooners. This has been especially apparent since December of 2025, when the admin of This Very Wiki was revealed to be a woman after posing as a man for months. It is possible that Pooners were drawn to the Soysphere by 'jakking being a generally masculine hobby and therefore heckin' affirming of xeir masculinity. Despite the existence of plenty of non-trooned women who use the Sharty and other Soysphere sites such as This Very Wiki, the Soysphere is still a disproportionately male space and generally seen as male-coded.
