Surprisingly, yes. there have been Tumblr immigrants into the Sharty. Most notably, a Tumblr user during the Kuz era^{[it just is, ok?]} complimented the Sharty and made a list of positive things. Half of the things in the list are now outdated.

As long as the email belonged to an actual website (such as NiggerRapist1488@youtube.com), Tumblr's automated moderation system would allow the account to post.
