FILTHY FRANK WILL ALWAYS BE A GEMERALD.Filthy Frank (real name George Kusunoki Miller or in Japanese ジョージ・楠木・ミラー) or Joji was a YouTuber, whose memes were popular on youtube and 4chan.
He created several memes back in the 2010s, and even started the "Harlem Shake" meme. His original channel was called "The Filthy Frank Show", where he started several memes involving shock humour, extreme challenges, rants, and his famous character "Pink Guy". There was also an extensive lore of the Filthy Frank universe.

Throughout his career, he has made several songs such us "Shut the fuck up", "PINK LIFE", "Nickelodeon girls" etc, but now he just creates shitty R&B emo soundcloud music under the name "Joji" that only K-pop fans listen to. It is shit nophono cares about slop.
