Would it be possible to code in a nocat functionality for this template

Im a tech illiterate retard and i'm definitely not tasked for coding something like that, so you're gonna do it for me because... because you just WILL okay?!?

Alternatively just make another version of northbox that excludes categories that people can put on their userpages to prevent miscategorization
