On April 13, 2025, Chicken Factory was posted in /soy/, which is an AI-generated video showing grotesque Chicken-like creatures morphing out of eggs with a distorted version of "Old MacDonald Had a Farm" playing over it.[2]. This video is widely considered to be 'O by teens, but is not nearly as Antimatter as 'P or the 'O incident. Since then, more AI body horror videos have been posted on /soy/. This is theorized to be 6th sign of the Toos Epiphany.

Pornchasers is a video of former Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe spilling bees out of his mouth, saying "Pornchasers!", and spilling bees out of his mouth a second time before the video cuts to footage of multiple bodies. Despite the seemingly random series of events occurring throughout the video, some 'teens speculate that there is a deeper meaning to Pornchasers and that the contents of the video are actually meant to employ a deeper meaning beyond Shinzo Abe spitting bees out of his mouth or something. A relatively common variety of 'O in which gore is depicted as food. A particularly disturbing example found under various filenames is an AI edited video depicting a chink eating some sort of cheese-filled appetizer in his car. He bites into it and, to his surprise, cheese squirts out. Suddenly, and without warning, his head swells up to grotesque proportions with a diseased and bloated appearance and large bristles emerging from his flesh. A hand reaches out and rips apart what's become of his head, showing that the insides of it have taken on the texture and appearance of casserole.

The Stroke Simulator is an extremely dangerous and ancient form of 'O. Created with Artbreeder (formerly GANbreeder) in 2018, it is many times worse than the infamous Chicken Factory despite being it only being a still image. The Stroke Simulator can be identified among other cursed AI images with a black shape with an orange eye that stares into your soul in the bottom right corner. It is often paired with text challenging the viewer to try to identify the objects in the image, which heavily amplifies its dangerous effects. Unfortunately, the stroke simulator is relatively common in the wild on the internet, so it can show up unexpectedly without much warning.
Notable locations that (You) should avoid include:
- Solar Sands - a jewtuber that made a video about it with the title Can You Name One Object In This Photo? paired with the Stroke Simulator itself as the thumbnail. Avoid at all costs.
- The archived 4cuck /x/ thread that birthed the Backrooms creepypasta is known to contain a stroke simulator
- Some user on the 'farms decided to set it as their profile picture meaning that not even KF threads are safe.
VR Torture Box Simulator

An ultimate form of 'O gets posted to the /soy/. It is arguably worse than Chicken Factory and viewing it for even 2 seconds can already cause extreme paranoia. It is features a 14 second long extreme body horror AI edited version of a wholesome video of a guy kissing his dog with upbeat music, but the dog's mouth expands grotesquely with massive teeth all across it, before being pulled open by the guy who then ages for 100 years and almost melts, as another extremely ugly old woman lunges at him, breaking the window, her face becoming a hole sack that expands into another monstrosity. Eventually, at the end of the video, the same guy that turned into a monster can be seen turning around and looking out of the window, with his teeth being sharp as needles all across his face. We do NOT recommend looking for this 'O, because some people truly agree that it is the worst one.

A leaked video surfaced on a thread on /soy/, showing a group of people from different countries in a remote facility in █████████████ being unknowingly exposed to the Chicken Factory. The grainy footage, allegedly smuggled out by a whistleblower, captures the subjects’ reactions from behind a screen.
