Trendy Tuesday is a contest on SoyBooru that revolves around users making OCs based on a specific trend. A trend is chosen randomly on every Tuesday, and soyteens decide which entry is the best through upvotes.
The first Trendy Tuesday was held on the 27th of January 2026.[1] Since this was before the Nuuru, winners were decided through external poll votes.[2] After the release of Nuuru, it changed to be decided on the entry with the highest number of upvotes after 2-4 working days (whenever the jannies feel like it).
A spin-off, Series Sunday was announced on the 12th of April 2026.
After twelve contests of Trendy Tuesday, it was temporarily ended by Broot on the 12th of May 2026; Broot stating that finding good tags that users would've used creatively was becoming increasingly hard after each contest, and that Broot will make a movie featuring all the OC posts made up to that point.[3]
Eight days later, the movie was released[4]; Broot gave the direction of the contest over to Zonky, where it has been brought back after being cancelled.[5]
